ForzaCare Expands Field Case Management into California with the Addition of Rhonda Stahl, RN

New operations director brings 26+ years of workers’ comp expertise to support California employers and injured workers
ForzaCare is growing and we’re excited to share what that means for the clients and injured workers we serve in California.

We’ve welcomed Rhonda Stahl, RN, as Operations Director of Medical Management, a role that expands our case management capabilities into the California market. Rhonda brings more than 26 years of workers’ compensation experience, deep California jurisdiction expertise and a career built at the intersection of clinical care and operational excellence.

Bringing Clinical Depth to Every Case

Before joining ForzaCare, Rhonda spent more than two decades at Travelers, most recently as Claim Product Manager for Workers’ Compensation Product Development, where she served as the company’s countrywide subject matter expert in medical case management. She led vendor management across eight workers’ comp service categories including field nurse case management, IME suppliers, and physician advisor suppliers for utilization review, and served as the national point of contact for utilization review processes and URAC accreditation compliance.

Earlier in her Travelers tenure, she managed a team of medical case managers across Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. She began her career at Castle Gardens Care Center in Northglenn, Colorado, working directly with injured employees and insurance carriers as an Employee Injury Coordinator, Charge Nurse and Staff Development Coordinator.

Her areas of specialization include medical case management, utilization review, vendor management and strategy, training and workforce development, California jurisdiction claims, and return-to-work program coordination.

What This Means for California

Ready to Support California Claims

Our field case managers work directly alongside injured workers, employers, providers, and adjusters, creating alignment across every party so recovery stays on track. With Rhonda leading our California expansion, we’re ready to bring that same approach to one of the country’s most active workers’ comp markets.
