Tony Delich
Co-Founder & President and Chief Financial Officer
Tony Delich is a healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience in the workers’ compensation claims industry. He began his career in workers’ compensation by serving as Chief Financial Officer of ALARIS, where he played a vital role in the acquisition of ALARIS into the Paradigm family. Prior to co-founding ForzaCare, Tony was the Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm’s Complex Care Solutions division where he oversaw the strategic direction of its daily operations and support functions.
As President and CFO, Tony is responsible for overseeing that the ForzaCare team delivers reliable, cost-saving results for injured parties facing a challenging recovery process and solving complex health care challenges to improve the lives for injured persons.

Brand DevelopmentTony began his career at the Target Corporation, where he took part in their leadership development program, and held several roles on their finance team, including senior planning analyst.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.
His specialties include workers’ compensation, health care, insurance, strategic planning, finance, accounting, case management, team building, human resources and information technology.
